Stull Homes was initially inspired by researching the repair and rebuilding of flood damaged properties in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. We knew from the beginning we were passionate about homes and the lives people created in them. Fortunately, as we began to develop our company, we ran into a great friend and mentor, Randy Dostal, the owner of Thomas Dostal Developers. He has many years of experience in the business and has mastered the art of quality home building and truly helped set us off in the right direction. We, as Stull homes, have done more than listen to his advice, we have applied it to our business practices. In our process to find our new home we saw a number of houses that were acceptable but when we toured one of your homes we saw that your product is exceptional. The creativity and experience you and your team bring to the table helped Rachel and I build the custom home of our dreams.
